Vision

Set to be the luxury centerpiece on Palm Jumeirah, the Trump International Hotel and Tower is a 62 storey tower that marks the joint venture with The Trump Organisation and Nakheel. Located on the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah, it will feature luxury apartments and a five star hotel made of stainless steel, glass and stone rising 300 meters (1,181 feet) high.

Development

With its twin sets of glazed diamond shaped structures at the top of each tower, the Trump

International Hotel and Tower will create a sense of infinity as the glazed elements blur building and sky, allowing tourists and residents to enjoy sea views from every room around the tower.

Construction is expected to begin in 2008 with completion anticipated for the first quarter of 2011.

Accommodations

The development will comprise of a 378-room hotel and 399 freehold residential apartments, townhouses and two elite penthouses, with tennis courts, a luxurious spa and health club, stylized pools and gardens. The hotel will feature an observatory viewing gallery and a signature five-star rooftop restaurant located at the apex of the building, offering unparalleled views of Dubai and the Arabian Gulf.
