When and where does Arabian Travel Market take place?
ATM 2008 took place 6th March – 9 May 2008 in Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. ATM 2009 will take place 5th - 8th May.

How can I register?
Registration for Arabian Travel Market is free of charge for trade visitors. You can do this easily online, click here to register. During Arabian Travel Market, a visitor badge can be obtained from any registration point at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition center.
How quick is the registration? - avoid the queues and register today!
Online Registration takes no more than five minutes. You will be sent a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Who is classified as a trade visitor, and what identification do trade visitors need?
No special documents are required to obtain a trade visitor badge but you must be a member of the travel trade. Trade visitors badges valid for duration of Arabian Travel Market and are personalized and non transferable.
Where and when can I pick up my badge?
Visitors badges are sent to those who register (before April) prior to the show. They can also be picked up, using your unique reference number (URN), once you have registered from the registration point’s onsite.
What is my URN?
Your URN, unique reference number, will be sent to you on with your email confirmation once you have registered. This number matches your details on our system and enables the process to be a quick and painless for you. If you have any queries about your registration please call +44(0)870 429 4588 and quote your URN. If the details on your badge are incorrect call +44(0)870 429 4588 and quote your URN. If you lose your badges before the exhibition use your URN to get a replacement onsite from one of the self service badge or the registration desks.
I haven’t received my badge in the post, what shall I do?
Do not worry! If you do not receive your badge, please bring along your confirmation email to one of the registration points and you will be given a personalized badge.

Do press need to register?
All journalists must be registered to gain admission to Arabian Travel Market. By registering in advance, you will receive your badge giving you fast track entry into the event. Your press badge will also give you access to the Media Center. Badges can also be collected from the registration point at the Media Center. Press registration will be available in January 2008.
